CUSTOMER CARE

With so many of our products/services being bespoke orders, communication with our customers is something very key to us. We do receive in excess of 250 enquiries per day but we aim to get back to all enquiries usually within 48 hours if not sooner. If you don't hear from us as often as you would like, please just give us a call on 07591826075. The phone lines are also busy but not as much as our website chats & social media platforms.

We aim to ensure that all of our customers are happy at the end of their order to the best of our abilities; because we love what we do. We also build friendships with many of our clients due to how much time is spent discussing & tailoring orders to their needs. So rest assured, if you have any issues with your order (which naturally can happen we can admit, humans do make errors) be assured that we will do our upmost best to fix this!

BOOKING DEPOSITS

We take a booking deposit on all in-store orders as we operate on a booking only basis. Upon paying your booking deposit, you agree that this is a deposit to secure a slot and/or product, thus it can not be offered to another customer. For this reason, all booking deposits are strictly non-refundable.

​PRIVACY & SAFETY​

We do not share your personal information with any third-party companies, so you don't need to worry about receiving random spam emails from companies you haven't heard of when signing up to our site!

 

Any payments made via our website are made via a secure payment service, no matter which payment method you choose.

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by another email once your order is shipped or ready for you to come in to store to collect/fit.
